As part of his duties, Neil provides leadership for DATS training, policy and procedure development, DEC audits, and WCB activities. Neil provides leadership in new hire orientation and ensures site reviews are completed as needed.

Neil gets a great deal of satisfaction when they are compliant with safety and operation audits. He is proud of the safety record they have obtained including a recent WCB certificate of achievement in 2021. Neil said that he loves working with the people in the industry and is extremely happy to be working for such a great company.

Neil finds keeping abreast of the ever-changing rules surrounding the pandemic quite challenging but is proud of how well they have managed over the past few years. The staffing challenges in the industry keep him busy ensuring the employees are trained and compliant when they go to the site.

Over the past 7-10 years Neil has seen significant growth in their business with more demands on the equipment and crews. He also has seen an increased level of safety and compliance across the industry.
