Vision: Safety, Excellence & Accreditation

Bryson Drilling’s number one priority is safety. Nothing is more important to us than seeing everyone go home to their families at the end of each workday. We are proud to have earned the 2021 CDDA Safety Award for “Class B-Surface” with the lowest in class “0” frequency.

As a certified company with the Canadian Diamond Drilling Association (CDDA) Diamond Drilling Excellence Certification Program (DEC), we are frequently improving our safety systems. We have held the highly esteemed recognition to stand as a member of the CDDA Board of Directors. We are MiHR Diamond Drilling accredited. We have a common core trainer on staff working with Digital Action Tracking System (DATS) and are currently working towards all our Drillers holding an NWT supervisor level 2. We have implemented KRUX Analytics for our daily shift reports and timesheets which provides our clients with up-to-date invoice estimations and valuable analytical data regarding the costs, production, and efficiency of their drill program.

With safety in the forefront, our Team Safety Program ensures that all employees receive classroom training in First Aid CPR, PPE, WHMIS, TDG, OH&S and Common Core. Additionally, our Driller Assistants gain hands-on field experience learning from a team that has over 100 years of combined experience under their belts. Bryson Drilling is constantly assessing the world of equipment and technology to ensure that we are using the latest and safest equipment available to the industry.
